These nominees in charge of task forces have the following chief responsabilities:

1. organise the corresponding session for the workshop on 25-27 october
2. assemble the necessary team
3. if possible recommend a technical solution
4. foresee a description of the design/performance/preliminary cost estimate of their part for the document to be issued mid-november
