Have started to implement space charge effect on tune shift into HEADTAIL.
Alexey Burov thinks this could damp TMCI that limits the ion bunch intensities
of the Beta Beam Decay Ring.

Editing the introduction for the Annual report for EUROnu.
Presented EUROnu (Beta Beam, Super Beam, Neutrino Factory) in IPAC2011.
Writing presentation for the EUROnu Government Board for large theta13.
In contact with Civil Engineers to produce maps for all EUROnu facilities at CERN.
Working on collimation for DR with crystals challenging out beam to a dump.
Crystals primary collimators need secondary collimators.

Writing reports about the Production Ring and PS Space Charge studies.

The next stage of the LAGUNA FP7 Program is approved.
It will specifically include study about near detectors.
It is now clear that a near detector also is needed for the Frejus project.
A near detector have to be better than the far detector, so probably a scintillator detector is needed.
People will be invited to make presentations about possible suggestions for the near detector.
The EUROnu report from ECFA is not complete yet. It seems that it will be very wage.
Will not manage to give as strong impact as planned. Specifically if theta13 now is
large the focus should be on systematics.
The NEU2012 "town meeting" meeting in Geneva. Organization meetings are started.
SPC meeting. Dave Work more convince about CERN to Phuyaea finland.
