A workshop on

CERN, 16-18 January 2002, "Council Chamber", bldg. 503-1-001

This workshop is sponsored by the programme committee of the NNN Workshops and the ECFA Studies of a Neutrino Complex.

Aims

The aims of this international workshop are to explore the physics potential of the various options and assemble the various communities in the world interested in such experiments.

The workshop will feature discussions and talks on the following issues :

  • proton decay
  • supernovae neutrinos
  • low energy neutrinos from high intensity beams
  • atmospheric neutrinos and solar neutrinos
  • large detector RSD
  • engineering of large excavations

Registration

Registration for the workshop can only be made through the registration form.

The full registration fee of 100 CHF per participant will be payable (cash payment only!) at the early registration session on the evening of Tuesday 15 January 2002, 7 pm ("Pas Perdus", bldg. 503 1st floor). A second registration session will be held before the workshop on the morning of 16 January between 8 and 9.30 am. The fee includes all documentation, coffee breaks and the conference dinner.

CERN Hostel reservations

A block of rooms (first come, first served) has been reserved in the CERN Hostel from 15 to 19 January. Please complete the accommodation form if you are interested. If no more rooms are available at the CERN Hostel or if you prefer to stay elsewhere, this list will help you to find accommodation.
